Step-by-step: recharging via the operator's quick-pay page

  1. Have your number ready. UAE mobile numbers start with 05x. Double-check the digits — top-ups to a wrong number are rarely reversible.
  2. Open the operator's official quick-pay page or app. Verify the URL is the operator's own domain before entering payment details.
  3. Choose the amount. Standard denominations run from small daily amounts to larger monthly ones; some amounts unlock bonus data promotions — check the current promo list first.
  4. Pay by card. International cards are usually accepted; your bank may apply a foreign-transaction fee if the card isn't UAE-issued.
  5. Confirm the SMS. A confirmation SMS lands within a minute. No SMS after 15 minutes? See troubleshooting below.

Postpaid bill payment

You can pay a postpaid bill through the same app/website, at kiosks, or via bank auto-pay. To avoid late fees, pay at least two business days before the due date shown on the bill. Always download the receipt PDF — you'll need it if a payment is disputed.

Troubleshooting

My balance didn't update after paying

Wait 15 minutes, then restart the phone (this refreshes the network session). If the balance still hasn't appeared, check whether your card was charged. If charged, contact the operator's care line with the transaction reference; if not charged, simply retry. We can assist with the escalation — contact us.

My voucher code says invalid

Voucher PINs are single-use and region-locked. Make sure you're dialing the exact recharge USSD format and that the voucher was purchased from an authorized seller. Scratch cards damaged in the PIN area can be replaced by the seller with the receipt.

I'm abroad and can't receive the OTP

Enable international roaming before travel, or use the operator app signed in with your account credentials, which often doesn't require a fresh OTP. Our assisted service can also guide a family member in the UAE through recharging on your behalf.
